Hello Jasmine,
"Убежище" is not your word in this context.
"Русалка убежище" does not sound right.
At least the words have to be swapped to "Убежище Русалка" - where "убежище" has the implied meaning of 'safe haven'.
Unfortunately I can't think of a word in Bulgarian that has the exact same connotation as 'retreat', used in the sense of 'retreat business'.
There are terms such as 'място за творческа почивка', 'санаториум' and so on - all of them very descriptive and common, but quite unappealing commercially.
There is the word "обител", which is slightly archaic, sounds noble and is often used when describing monasteries. It has a cosy, warm and positive connotation within the language tradition.
It may be suitable or at least give some direction for further research, but the best course of action might be to try and find what the 'competition' is calling their business in Bulgaria or try to hire local marketing specialists which should be able to assist with the choice of words to get the best-sounding result.
Wish I could give you a single-word straight-forward reply, but nothing really comes to mind.
Let's wait a little longer and see if anyone else will come up with any better ideas...
Good luck!
